Does my car have a manifold vacuum leak?

Hello and thanks for your time.
It seems that my engine does not idle properly. The idle will rise slightly then drop, rise and drop, rise and drop.
Is this a vacuum hose problem or possibly a computer problem?
Once again, thanks for answering my question 🙂

Answer:
You also should check your idle air control valve (IAC). That would cause the engine RPMs to jump up and down.
Sometimes cleaning out where the IAC valve goes helps.
The up & down idle is a characteristic of a vacuum leak. Listen to the engine while it idles. Sometimes a hissing sound can be heard. However, a small and silent leak can also cause this problem.
Check for old, dried tubing and make sure connections are clean and tight will hosing that is not brittle.
